Find what's missing from your BOQ.
Paste the bill or scope for your trade. The checker lists the items flooring and waterproofing contractors most often end up doing for free, shows which ones your text mentions, and writes the RFI questions for the rest.
Why scope gaps cost money
A BOQ describes the main item: the coating, the membrane, the floor finish. The work that makes it last sits around it: preparation, moisture testing, primers, repairs, joints, coving, drains, upstands, testing and protection. When those are not measured, the contractor either prices them in silently and loses the tender, or leaves them out and does them for free.
This checker reads your text for those items, line by line, and shows you the line it found, so you can check it. Anything not found, by others or provisional goes into a ready-to-send list of RFI questions.
How to use the result
- Open each “found” line and check its quantity and unit.
- Send the RFI questions before the tender closes.
- Price what you can, and qualify the rest in your tender letter.

Is my BOQ uploaded anywhere?
No. The text you paste is checked by your own browser. Nothing is sent to our server.
How does it decide an item is missing?
It looks for the words estimators use for each item, line by line. If no line mentions the item, it is marked not found. If the line says by others, excluded or provisional, it is marked so you can confirm it.
Does found mean the item is priced correctly?
No. Found only means the words appear. Check the quantity, the unit and the description of each found line before you price it.
Can I use it without a BOQ?
Yes. Leave the box empty and use it as a checklist: tick what your documents cover, and the rest becomes your list of RFI questions.
Which trades does it cover?
Resin flooring, levelling under vinyl, LVT and carpet, wet-area waterproofing, and roof, podium and basement waterproofing. More trades will follow.
