How it works
Your browser reads the text of every page and searches it with fixed rules written by estimators, not AI. Values found in the contract data or appendix pages are listed first, because that is where project-specific numbers usually sit. Every result shows the page number and the wording it found.
It works with contracts from any country written in English, including FIDIC, JBCC, JCT, NEC, AIA, ConsensusDocs, CCDC and AS 4000, and with bespoke subcontracts.
Questions
Is my tender uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is read by your own browser on your own device. Nothing is sent to our server, so confidential tenders stay with you.
Which contracts does it understand?
Any contract written in English: FIDIC, JBCC, JCT, NEC, AIA, ConsensusDocs, CCDC, AS 4000, NZS 3910, government conditions and bespoke subcontracts. It looks for the words and numbers, not for one form.
Why does it say my PDF is scanned?
Scanned tenders are pictures of pages with no text inside. The free checker cannot read pictures. TenderScope Large reads scanned tenders page by page with text recognition.
Can I rely on the values it finds?
Use them as a checklist. Each value comes with the page it was found on. Open that page and confirm it, because tables and amendments can change the meaning.
What should I do with the results?
Price the money terms into your rates, add your own assumptions and exclusions, and send questions about anything unclear before the tender closes.
