Terms of service

What you get

A written review of the tender documents you send: scope identified, missing or conflicting information, automatic quantity checks, a contract terms summary (Standard and Large), draft RFIs and a ready-to-send RFI letter, commercial risks, and suggested assumptions and exclusions. Delivered as a PDF report, an Excel register and an RFI letter within 2 working days of payment.

What it is not

TenderScope is a review aid. It does not measure quantities from drawings, price your work, or replace your own checks. You remain responsible for your tender, pricing and measurements. Estimates in a report always state their assumptions.

Your documents

Files are stored privately on our server, outside the public website, and used only to prepare your report. We do not share them or use them to train AI models. We delete them 90 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask.

AI and human review

Reports are prepared with AI assistance. During the beta every report is checked by an experienced estimator before it is sent.

Package size

Packages are priced by the number of pages you send. If your upload is larger than the package you chose, we'll tell you before starting and you can upgrade or select which documents to review.

Payment and refunds

Prices are in US dollars and paid by card through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and adds sales tax where it applies. If we cannot deliver a report, you get a full refund. If a report misses its 2-working-day delivery time, you can ask for a refund.

Liability

Our total liability for any report is limited to the amount you paid for it.
